To accommodate this year’s high demand for the Wednesday Night League, the board has decided to expand the league to a maximum of 192 players and increase the regular season to 18 weeks.  This will result in 16 teams of 12 players. With the additional two weeks, the average number of starts per player will increase from 11.64 to 12 and each team will play all teams in their division twice and all other teams once.  For the final weeks of the season, we will work to move tee times earlier to ensure play is completed on time.  Below is the new end of year schedule:

• Aug 18th – Week 16
• Aug 25th – Week 17
• Sept 1st – Week 18
• Sept 8th – OFF / MAKE-UP
• Sept 15th – Round 1 Playoffs (4 teams)
• Sept 22nd – Semi Final Playoffs (4 teams)
• Sept 29th – WNL Final (2 teams)
• Oct 9th – Shootout (invitation only)

Dear BMGA Members and hopeful members,

With Brookview still operating under limited capacity restrictions due to Covid-19, we will not be having our annual Spring Meeting on March 24th.  However, your application still needs to be submitted by 4:00pm on the 24th to be considered.

The link to this year’s meeting presentation is below, which contains information about the board, league, updates from Brookview, and more. 

For new members, we will be holding a new member Zoom on April 7th to introduce them to the league.   New members will receive a separate email that will have the Zoom meeting information.

This season will start similar to how last season ended, with Covid restrictions still in place, including capacity limitations on the patio, restaurant, and pro shop, as well as mask rules for the building.  Over the course of the season, we anticipate these limitations will ease and we’ll send out updates when they do.

We will be able to hold the League Social on April 21st, with the 3 club event on the par 3 and socializing on the deck if there are no negative changes with the Covid 19 restrictions between now and then.
