Overall, the wins / losses don’t count for anything. We keep track of it for fun but everything is based around points: MVP, standings/ playoffs, shootout, etc. Each week is worth 80 points not 8 wins.

Senior tees by age only not age and handicap. A players handicap along with the rating difference between tees should take care of the differences. (Allowing a competitor to move to the gold tee if opponent plays gold)

Remove the bonus point.
