Individual match play semi final Couture vs Steichen.

Steve and I got our match in this past Saturday at Brookview. It was wet and misting, however I found the course very playable. I think the rough must have been cut recently because it wasn’t unbearable. Steve played solid through the first eight holes and took a 4 up lead. Stumbled on the 9th while I finally made a par to make the turn 3 up. Steve battled mightily on the back nine to make pars but just seemed to miss them. Mean while my A game magically appeared and I played 10 though the 15th green even par. So Steve goes down by 2. And thanks to Dan Olson and Ted Roberts for joining us to round out the foursome.
