Week 16 Results

Final Week’s Recap:

It is Mike Ryan’s world and we are just living in it…. that is really all we need to know about Week 16.  Mr. Ryan decided that the hole in one purse had accumulated enough dough to make it worth his while for him to sink an ace on hole 17.  For those who were lucky enough to witness such a feat, they became temporarily blinded from the flash of light as angels sung from above as it happened.  Without divulging too much information about Mr. Ryan’s new found wealth, I can tell you he won somewhere between $2829 and $2831…. oh and a nearie worth $10 in chits.  Of course, this assumes no other aces occur in the remaining events we have on the calendar this year.

Moving on, my predictions from last week, as usual, fell flat on its face.  Drawshank floundered to finish in 3rd for the second half, but still remain the 1 seed in the playoffs.  Hack Attack was merciful enough to let Drawshank go with only a light spanking, but in doing so, Young Gunz took advantage and decided that $40 in chits looked very appealing.  Scoring 69.5 points in the final week, Young Gunz passed both Drawshank and Hack Attack to take the second half crown.  As a result Drawshank was stuck with its 1st wild card spot and Hack Attack took the 2nd wild card spot.

The playoffs start next week.  The playoff teams will take the 4:30 through 5:00 times and it is open season for the rest of the members.  Come on and play another free round and see how the first round of the playoffs turn out.  Drawshank as the 1 seed will be taking on Putt 4 Dough as the 4 seed.  Hack attack and Young Gunz will pound on each other as the 2 and 3 seeds respectively.
