This year the board has decided there will not be a guest day tournament. This decision was made based on a few factors:
- Overall participation has been dropping. (~40 out of 128 spots last year)
- Guest day was designed to recruit new members to the league and we have been very fortunate to fill this league every year and have a wait list.
- Brookview has a junior tournament the same day, pushing our start to 1:30 at the earliest.
- We will revisit the decision for next year (Give us your input)
The board is meeting next week to discuss a BMGA Family Day on the Par 3. With the initial idea to be on a Saturday afternoon. Three divisions for scoring: BMGA Members, significant others, kids. We are looking into food, gift bags for kids, lawn bowling etc.
