Congratulations Ben. Howie’s summary is very accurate but does not emphasize the fabulous shot making during the final nine holes. Multiple chip ins, clutch putts made, multiple Budweisers being consumed, and caddie’s recommendations being ignored. As a spectator, I found it very entertaining.
Great point Steve. Watching and playing in the shootout it was awesome to see the clutch shots that everyone had and with so many people watching! Other shots that come to mind: Robert’s chip to 1” on the 12th hole chip off. Zurn and Haws chips on 17 to about a foot. Recovery shots on 10 by what felt like all 5 guys in the second group.
