Mercifully, we had a dry day to play golf. There were quite a few low scores, and play moved along well, with only a few slow groups.
UPDATE: The points have been updated for any matches that took place on the back. They were accidently marked as Blue/White Tees and not Blue/White Shortened. We have updated the tee sheet from last week and reran the points. BMGA Board – 8/13/2025
Results: The week was led by Foreskins(8) with 48.5 points. This moves them to 6th place, and a stone’s throw from the top 4. Tequila Madness(13) continues their puzzling dominance with 45.5 points to take a stranglehold on 1st place. It seems that whatever team plays them folds like a cheap lawn chair! Wild round: If I told you that you would have 4 birdies in 9 holes, what score would you end up with? Ben Zurn had just such a round, and ended up shooting 43! Luckily, it was still enough to win with 6.5 points.
