Lift, Clean & Place for 5.4 WNL Play

Based on conversations with Brookview Staff, we will be instituting Lift, Clean and Place protocol when a player is in the fairway on the hole they are playing.  For example, a player can lift, clean, and place their ball  in #5 fairway if they were playing Hole #5. It does not mean they can lift, clean and place their ball if they hit their tee shot into the 6th Fairway or if their ball is in the rough adjacent to #5 fairway. If players are unsure on how to proceed, they should discuss the situation with their opponent.
