The Brookview 12-man team played the fine folks at Timber Creek over the weekend and got nothing good out of it. In the first match, Perry Jacobson and Richard Brynteson played well to shoot a best ball 68 to win 2.5 points. Then the wheels feel off the wagon and the team ended up with a total of 5.5 points for the entire match.
The low round of the day for Brookview went to Perry and his 73. Rumor is someone from Timber Creek shot a 67 with two double bogies.
(will post by team match points in a bit).
The team travels to Wirth (oh yeah!) to play what is always a gem of the Twin Cities in their next match on July 13th. Anyone interested in playing please feel free to reach out to Richard.
