Gentlemen!
I am resurrecting an old tournament I used to have at Pebble Creek in Becker. It will be at Emerald Greens in Hastings on Saturday, October 13th. If you like to play for a little $$, get the juices flowing and enjoy Fall golf….this may be for you. I am still ironing out the details but it will look something like this:
– Saturday, October 13th
– 9:00 shotgun
– 27-hole tournament
– $140 includes 27 holes of golf, cart, range balls and prize pool
– 2-Man Best Ball Net
– Must have USGA handicap
– One of the two players must be a 11.9 or less…both can be
– Handicaps are adjusted for 27-holes, adjusted to Emerald Greens
– Your tourney handicap is 80% of the above adjusted handicap
– Based on a 60 player tourney (30 teams), the payout will be roughly:1st – $1,200
2nd – $1,000
3rd – $800
4th – $600
5th – $200– Two lovely scorekeepers will be roaming the course updating scoreboards so you know where you stand periodically throughout the day.
– A few long drive/closest to the pin/long putt events in play as well.Put it on the calendar if it interests you. Will be back in touch once details are finalized.
