Just an update on Brookview’s two senior teams. We have had twenty different players participate with the team in the Senior Metro League. This is a handicap league for those gentlemen 50-plus years of age. After slightly more than half the season completed, we currently stand in 2nd place in the 15 team league. I am confident we can continue to succeed given our competitive spirit.
With the Senior 8-Man team we are currently in 2nd place with a big rematch tomorrow, 6/19 against Emerald Greens. This is a no handicap 2-man best ball competition. They kicked our butts two weeks ago at Emerald Greens. I plan on doing the same to them at our home course. I am confident we are fielding a strong team tomorrow.
