Today Brookview hosted the Metro Sr. League and came away with great reviews. The course has improved much, was freshly painted boundaries and had new stakes along #14. The League Manager, Skip Schultz wrote ” …great experience for all players“.
I want to thank the volunteers @Steve-Hallfin, @steve-slivken, @Doug-Diedrich, @Doug-Maday, @Dean-Penk as well as the Brookview Staff, especially Ben Disch and Brett Johnson, for their dedication to the game and team effort. I believe that we set a new standard for the league today.
New standings are out, as a host we get 0 points, but did not sink too badly. Every team hosts, so eventually we will get that 0 back.
