Despite the lightning, hail, and downpour, all groups were able to finish their rounds and I didn’t hear of anyone using their putter as a lightning rod. I was also pleasantly surprised how dry the cards were kept.
Score Cards: Score card commentary is being minimized based on performance. Keep doing the following:
- Ensure your tee time is on the card
- Check handicaps before teeing off
- Fill out the tee box field with either Blue/White (B/W M) or Gold (G)
- When adding up your totals don’t feel shy in using the calculator on your phone.
- There are a handful of cards each week where the 9 hole scores is off a stroke or 2…
- While the computer “does the math” having the total score is helpful to ensure the numbers were entered correctly into the computer.
Scoring: All scores have now been entered and posted to your GHIN.
