WNL Week 10 Recap

Well another picture perfect evening capped by a full moon rising over the clubhouse after the final matches.  A lot of teams scored a lot of points, so instead of turning into werewolves some guys turned into buzz-saws and their conference opponents didn’t stand a chance.

The highest point-getters this week AND the highest weekly total of the year thus far of 55 is…Putt 4 Dough!  They beat up on Who’s Your Caddy and rumor has it captain Steve Shellenbaum lost his pontoon to captain Roger Hamm on a wager before the match…guess who told me that rumor? His name rhymes with Bamm…

In the GVC West: Par then Bar remains atop the division even after losing to WTF 39-41. Second place Team Hack Attack won handily 47.5-29 over Zed Heads and are now only 4 behind the leaders. And don’t leave out Pin Seekers who also won 48-32 over Range Balls to remain only 6.5 points behind the leader. It’s a very tight division and will be fun to watch how it plays out.

In the GVC East: WTF increased their lead from 12.5 points to 24.5 points over Zed Heads after the win/loss swing noted above.

In the BCC South: CTB wins their third in a row with a 51-29 beat down of Last Call to extend their division lead to 29 points over Bald Man Brewing Co. who beat Fairway 2 Heaven 43-37.

In the BCC North: I Like Big Putts beats The Loopers 45.5-34.5 to extend their division lead to 11.5 points while second place Mid-Round Crisis is having a mid-season crisis with 5 losses in a row after falling 39.5-40.5 to ForePlay.
